First of all, please note that the following are just a suggestion on our part. Finally, each Light-Circle will develop its own “style”.
- Arrival at the light circle: meditation of the group as a short preparation
- Exchange of current topics
- Loving “invitation” of our galactic brothers and sisters by affirmation or visualization of the Golden Age.
- Meditation for the global healing of our planet and for spiritual advancement (from the second Light-Circle meeting)
The power of group-meditation is sufficiently known. The bigger the group, the stronger is their common visualization!!!
